在一座如孤島的山坡上，一群漢生病人因一世紀的隔離而沈睡著，突如其來的機廠迫遷打破寂靜，二十年來，面對家園迫遷、強權抹去歷史，他們覺醒，要用餘生刻下曾活過的痕跡。在這孤島上，大風不曾停止，人抓不到風，但樹可以，用搖枝落葉證明風曾來過。
On the hillside of Losheng Sanatorium, a group of Hansen’s disease patients lived in isolation for nearly a century, their lives deeply rooted in this land. In 2005, an MRT depot project forced them into a political struggle. Forming a self-help group, they fought not just as patients but as whole human beings. After 12 years, reconstruction began, yet it eroded their home, leaving only a severed bridge to nowhere. As political battles raged, the residents, frail but resolute, clung to their lives. Their struggle stands as proof that they once fought to live.
【導演介紹】
許雅婷 HSU, Ya-ting
1983年生於臺北，2009年芝加哥藝術學院電影錄像新媒體研究所碩士畢業。她從紀錄真實找到無窮的創作養分，悠游於各形式的創作，橫跨劇情、紀錄、實驗電影，以影像為媒材，從人性視角深刻描繪當代重要議題，直指時代問題核心，她更以敘事為其特長，投身影像工作，經歷觸角擴及導演、編劇、剪輯、影視教育等職位。

郭力昕 KUO, Li-Hsin
影像文化評論者，政治大學廣電系兼任教授。著作包括《書寫攝影：相片的文本與文化》(1998)、《再寫攝影》(2013)、《真實的叩問：紀錄片的政治與去政治》(2014)、《製造意義：現實主義攝影的話語、權力與文化政治》(2018)等。
