Since 2000, Chang has worked as interview editor for ARTCO Monthly, editor-in-chief at Art & Collection and Art Investment magazines, and assistant editor-in-chief at Artitude and Art Plus. He is a long-time observer of the development and market performance of modern Chinese calligraphy and painting, as well as of other contemporary Asian art. His reviews can be found in a wide range of publications in the fields of art, design, and finance and economics. Currently, Chang is working as an art critic and independent curator. His publications include the photography and poetry anthology Melting Snow in Spring (published by Artouch Publication Dept.), the book Taiwan Jazz Spectrum (Wunan Publishers), for which he took the photographs, and the Taiwan edition of Henri-Cartier Bresson’s L’imaginaire d’après nature (Uni-Books), for which he prepared the Chinese translation in collaboration with Su Shun-jen.
