Huang Pei-Ying employs delicate techniques in her works, generating a rich ambience with various materials. She hopes that her art is not merely being displayed, but rather, appreciated as a work full of life and an autonomy of its own. Not being restrained by the limitations of the surroundings, Huang constantly breaks and expands the reach of her works both spatially and conceptually. One can even make an analogy between her works and an unusual species which wander about in the exhibition space. A flow of prowess and abundance is therefore revealed in front of us, offering the freedom of imagination to transport the audience.
